Their family to me, Laura @ customer service is the sweetest most kind person I've ever met, & everyone else is always happy there.. Love my publix 🩷
I don't know why I shop at this store. Force of habit, I guess. I've had plenty of problems in the past (not recently) with spoiled dairy products, open frozen meals when I get home (the package inside was open), and produce that goes moldy within a day or two of getting it home. Well this is the last straw. I'm hoping I'll not forget this time, and I won't come back to this store after this time. It's Thursday and Passover starts Monday and they have ZERO products out. When I asked where they were, they told me all the Passover products were on the end caps at the end of aisles 6 & 7. See the photos for what's at the end of those aisles. For those of you who don't know, Passover means no leavened bread or leavening of any kind. No taco shells, no granola bars, no tortillas, etc. No wheat, spelt, barley, oats and rye. This means no bread, rolls, pasta, flour tortillas, or cookies... Or beer or liquor (except very certain special kinds made of certain kinds of products, like vodka, gin, tequila, wine (of course), and brandy). Note what's on the end caps of the "Passover products". There are ZERO Passover cakes or kegul. So, then I'm told, "can't you just go to the International aisle?" So let's look at the International aisle then. Not all matza is kosher for Passover. In the picture, they have only three options of Matza, all small boxes (it's a 7 day holiday and we have to eat matza every day). The two kinds circled in red are NOT kosher for Passover. The ONE box circled in blue is. So, here it is, 4 days until Passover and they have ONE kind of Matza available, Plain, gluten free, for all the people celebrating Passover in this area. Excuse me, have you seen what this store looks like at Easter? I'm pissed. I will never ship in this store again."But we took a poll last year... "Who did you ask? You didn't ask me! You didn't ask my Passover celebrating friends who also mentioned to me they were looking for Passover products in THIS Publix. The kind woman at customer service tried very hard to help me, but by this time it's too late. They can't order anything in time. I told her not to bother. I won't be shopping at this store again. I also told her I knew it wasn't HER fault, but her Manager's fault. SMH 😡🙄
Friendly service but half of the items I go in for lately are either out of stock or discontinued

Way too expensive. Low on stock. The deli gives you more than you asked for. Asked for deli ham and when I got home I discovered it was roast beef. Called them and they told me I had to come to the store to correct their error. Soo, I was not happy about that. Simple error with a simple solution yet their solution didn’t make sense. The Fresh market is a much better store.
I normally never EVER have a problem here, and if I do, it's only with the deli. At one point, my partner and I had our sandwiches stolen off the order rack. That's whatever and has been taken care of, but tonight!? We did another online order, and they didn't dare to call us and let us know that they did not have the bread for my sandwich, so what did they do? JUST NOT MAKE THE SANDWICH! The deli started to close right after and didn't offer to make the sandwich on other bread. It struck a nerve this time.Along with the cashier ARGUING with my partner to get a refund!! Everyone tonight was BEYOND RUDE!!!!
